This performance simulates the bureaucratic rise to success, which is dependent on no one particular attribute, being achieved through a five-point plan which comprises... -Qualifications (formal educational qualifications) - Progressions (promotion - sometimes through merit, other times through luck) - References (opinions from superiors/colleagues) - Manipulations (tactical play and actions to advance oneself to the detriment of others) - Bonuses (Incentives and fringe benefits) There are two versions of play for "The Administrative Waltz"- a lengthier and a shorter version.
