A parody game intended as a lampoon of (or pot-shot at) Steve Jackson Games by Howard Thompson. The U.S. ship tries to sink the "Commies." Published in Interplay number 2, Metagaming's house organ. The title of the game is based on the Steve Jackson game One-Page Bulge.
